I'm awfully scared. Thyroid? no, please.

I need to get lots of iodine. this stinks.

i just get paranoid about health issues.

but hey! have you seen the things that i

dont consume to combat my fussy

eating habits? - which improved alot as

compared to my younger days?

I dont eat/ stay away- imeanfar:

1. any fat that i see on meat

2. beef

3. ice cream

4. instant noodles

5. soft/ gassy drinks

6. whatever things with shell
(like clams, crabs)

7. cakes with cream

8. doughnuts with fillings in it.

its sometimes so unfair.

like, though i stay away from certain

good food, but i load up on the other

good food! and of course i have my flaws

with bad food like cheese& chocolates

but, no,

i take them in  moderation!

I thought my consumption of food

is really much better than alot of people.

not that im bragging, but is it not true?

why oh why.

have i mentioned? i switch to grilled fish

in western restaurants from fish and chips.

i only eat the others occasionally.

not enough iodine still?!?

upset.
